Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations as smoothly as possible. Please note that a 25% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the reason. After deducting the cancellation fee, the remaining 75% of the booking amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
Rescheduling Policy: Users are allowed to reschedule their booking only once, and further rescheduling requests will not be entertained. If the user wishes to reschedule, they must contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. In case the admin is unable to conduct the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, the admin will contact the user to reschedule the meeting to a mutually convenient time. By proceeding with a booking, users acknowledge and agree to this rescheduling policy.
